Incident Summary:

02/17/2010: On Wednesday, two improvised explosive devices were detonated by unidentified militants at a hotel near the office of the United Nations' World Food Program in the town of Laukkai in Myanmar's Shan State. There were no casualties or damage in the attack. Local military officials attributed the attack to the Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army (MNDAA).
