04/30/2010: On Friday morning at 1015, in Kauran, Ampatuan, Maguindanao, Philippines, unknown militants detonated an improvised explosive device shortly after the convoy of gubernatorial candidate, Esmael Toto Mangudadatu, had passed nearby. There were no casualties or damages and no group claimed responsibility for the attack.
