06/07/2010: On Monday morning around 0400, in Hit, Al Anbar, Iraq, in one of four linked attacks unidentified assailants detonated an improvised explosive device near the residence of a Sahwa Council member, causing unspecified casualties and damage. No group claimed responsibility, although it was believed the Islamic State of Iraq was responsible.
