06/30/2010: On Wednesday, on the Munger-Jamui Road in Bihar, India, unidentified militants abducted the driver of a jeep and beheaded him for defying their bandh (shutdown) called on that day. The driver of the jeep reportedly carried a wedding party out. No damages were reported and no group claimed responsibility, but it was suspected that Communist Party of India- Maoist (CPI-M) cadres were responsible.?
