Incident Summary:

07/20/2010: On Tuesday morning around 0900, at a border post in Liboi, North Eastern, Kenya, unidentified assailants from Somalia fired upon a Kenyan border patrol, injuring one General Service Unit officer and killing another. No damage was reported and no group claimed responsibility, but the militant group al-Shabaab was thought to be responsible for the attack.
