Incident Summary:

7/25/2010: A person drove a vehicle packed with explosives into the Gendarmerie brigade, next door to the headquarters of the People's Municipal Assembly (APC) in Beni Aissi in Tizi Ouzou, Algeria. A guard at city hall was killed and 8 policemen were injured. Buildings all around the area sustained damage.
