Incident Summary:

12/01/2010: On Wednesday, in Bwera, Kasese, Uganda, unknown militants buried an improvised explosive device (IED) in the compound of a hospital. On 12/20/2010 the IED was found by civilians and defused by Bwera police before it could be detonated. No casualties were reported and no group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
