Incident Summary:
01/21/2011: On Friday night around 2200, in the Telipati area of Imphal, Manipur, India, unidentified militants detonated a powerful bomb, damaging eight houses and injuring one woman. No group claimed responsibility, but it was suspected that Kangleipak Communist Party-Lalheiba (KCP-L) militants were responsible. Seven KCP-L activists were arrested in connection with the blast. Two of the suspected militants were identified as Th Arun and Ksh Asalata Devi.

The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
