01/31/2011: On Monday, in the Abu-Tayara sub-district of Baghdad city, Baghdad province, Iraq, unknown militants detonated an improvised explosive device targeting a traffic policeman as he walked outside of his house. The blast wounded the officer and a nearby woman, and damaged the officer's house and car. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
