Incident Summary:

05/16/2011: On Monday, at police checkpoint in Ash Shuaybah, Al Ahmadi, Kuwait, unknown assailants planted an improvised explosive device consisting of C4 plastic explosives that was hidden in the exhaust pipe of a truck that belonged to the Electricity and Water Ministry. The bomb would later be discovered by police. No casualties or damages were reported and no group claimed responsibility.
