05/30/2011: On Monday, in the Tiloul-al-Baj area, in Mosul, Ninawa, Iraq, unknown militants detonated an explosive device targeting the Governor of Ninawa, Athil al-Nujaify and his motorcade. The governor was not wounded during the blast. However, one vehicle was damaged during the blast and no group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
