07/31/2011: On Sunday morning, in the Ghazaliya neighborhood, Baghdad, Baghdad, Iraq, unknown gunmen armed with silenced weapons attacked the car of Director-General of Administration in Iraq’s Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research, Dawood Salman Rahim and his son, Hassanein. The gunmen killed the Director General and his son, and caused an unknown amount of property damage. No group claimed responsibility.
