Incident Summary:

11/2/2011: Members of Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) detonated an explosive device in a rural area outside of the city of Neiva, Huila department, Colombia. The device exploded as a military patrol passed by; one soldier was killed and four others were injured in the incident. Two other explosive devices left in the vicinity were safely defused by troops.
