11/30/2011: Members of Al-Shabaab arrested a young man they accused of spying for the government in Buurdhuubo town, Gedo region, Somalia. Residents of the town were forced to watch as the man was executed by firing squad. Al-Shabaab stated that anyone who was caught spying would face the same punishment.
