Incident Summary:

12/17/2011: Suspected members of the Kuki Revolutionary Army (KRA) fired on the local Autonomous District Council's office in Kangpokpi, Manipur, India, while the chief minister was inside. It is believed that they were protesting the fact that a Sadar Hills district had not been created. No one was killed or injured in the attack.
