Incident Summary:

12/19/2011: An explosive device was discovered at the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) compound in Cotabato City, Cotabato, Philippines. The device was discovered under an air-conditioning unit near the Shariff Kabungsuan Cultural Center during a celebration of a change in leadership of the ARMM. The device is reported to have been attached to a cellphone as a detonator. It is the second of two devices planted that night. The second was at a near by school. No claim of responsibility was reported.
