12/22/2011: Two civilians were killed and six were injured when a booby-trapped car detonated on the main highway in the Adhamiya district of Baghdad, Baghdad, Iraq. Several shops were also damaged in the explosion. Al-Qa ida in Iraq later claimed responsibility for the attacks.
