Incident Summary:

12/23/2011: Two suicide car bomb attacks occurred in Damascus, Dimashq, Syria. This second attack occurred outside of the military intelligence building. Between the two bombings at least 44 people were killed and 166 were wounded. While no claim of responsibility was reported, it is suspected that al-Qa ida in Iraq was involved.
