Incident Summary:

01/21/2012: A group of gunmen attacked a United Nations/African Union Mission in Darfur (UNAMID) peacekeeping patrol near Ed Dueim city, White Nile state, Sudan. The attackers also carjacked the patrol's vehicles and stole several weapons. One person died and three were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident, but sources suspected the Sudan Liberation Movement (SLM).
