Incident Summary:
03/01/2012: A plastic explosive device attached to a motorcycle detonated as a minibus filled mostly with police passed by in Istanbul province, Turkey. The attack happened near the offices of the Justice and Development Party (AKP). At least 16 people were injured, most of whom were police officers. No group claimed responsibility for this attack; however, sources indicate that the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) was blamed for the incident.

Criteria
Criteria 1
