Incident Summary:
03/25/2012: Gunmen kidnapped six employees of the Anupam Bricks and Concrete Industries (ABCI) from their camp in Mauzam area, Mizoram state, India. The workers were released on May 2, 2012. No group claimed responsibility for this attack; however, sources attributed it to the National Liberation Front of Tripura (NLFT).

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
