05/30/2012: Assailants on a motorcycle opened fire on a car containing supreme court judge Rana Bahadur Bam in Lalitpur district, Central region, Nepal. Bam was killed in the attack, while a bodyguard and another passenger were wounded. Leaflets of the Nepalbad Party were found near the scene; however, authorities said this was a specific ruse to confuse investigators.
