08/03/2012: An explosive device hidden inside a radio being carried by an unaware civilian was remotely detonated in the Eastleigh neighborhood, Nairobi city, Nairobi province, Kenya. The civilian was killed and six others injured by the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, authorities attributed it to Al-Shabaab.
