11/11/2012: An explosive device detonated outside of the Committee for State Security (KGB) building in Vitebsk, Belarus. There were no reported injuries; however, the building suffered some minor damages. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, three individuals were arrested in connection to the incident.
