Incident Summary:

11/30/2012: Assailants detonated an explosive device targeting an oil pipeline in Marib, Yemen. The blast damaged the pipeline, which had just been repaired a half hour earlier from a previous bombing. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, officials blamed the attack on a tribesperson from the Wadi Abida tribe. Officials stated that the attack was in retaliation for the death sentence that was handed down to another member of the same tribe.
