Incident Summary:

03/19/2013: A mortar shell struck a clinic in Sabie al-Bour city, Saladin governorate, Iraq. Two people were killed in the explosion and another five people were injured. This was one of 20 coordinated attacks across the country on the same day, which was the 10th anniversary of the beginning of the Iraq war. Al-Qaida in Iraq claimed responsibility for the incidents.
