Incident Summary:

04/29/2013: An assailant stabbed and killed Mohammed Saleem, a Muslim civilian, as he walked home from a mosque in Small Heath neighborhood, Birmingham, England, United Kingdom. Pavlo Lapsyn, a self-described white supremacist, was arrested on July 18, 2013 in connection with the attack. Lapsyn confessed to the killing and to planting several bombs outside of mosques in the area. He was sentenced to 40 years in prison.
