Incident Summary:

04/30/2013: A Palestinian man stabbed and killed an Israeli settler and then fired on soldiers near Tapuah, Nablus, West Bank and Gaza Strip. The assailant was wounded when soldiers returned fire. The Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades claimed responsibility for the attack and said they carried it out in response to Israel's poor treatment of Palestinian prisoners.
