Incident Summary:

05/11/2013: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden tanker truck outside the private residence of Ismail Al-Jubouri in Shirqat city, Saladin governorate, Iraq. Al-Jubouri, Brigadier General in charge of the Operations Command Intelligence Department in Nineveh governorate, was not harmed in the attack; however, in addition to the bomber, at least three people were killed and another 101 people were injured. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
