Incident Summary:

07/22/2013: A suicide bomber in an explosives-laden vehicle targeted an Iraqi military convoy in Mosul city, Nineveh governorate, Iraq. At least 25 people, including soldiers and civilians were killed and another 16 people were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources suspect that Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) was behind the incident.
