07/23/2013: Assailants threw a grenade in the Jail Road area of Lakhimpur town, Assam state, India. This was one of three grenade attacks in the town within an hour, across which at least five people were injured. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, officials speculated the attack was carried out by the United Liberation Front of Assam (ULFA).
