Incident Summary:

07/26/2013: An explosive device detonated in the Kyla Bistro in Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental province, Philippines. At least eight people were killed and 40 people were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the bombing; however, officials attributed the attack to the Moro Islamic Liberation Front - Special Operations Group, Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Movement (BIFM), and Kilafah Islamic Movement.
