Incident Summary:

08/07/2013: An explosive device attached to a culvert detonated near a police vehicle in Nengkhra village, Meghalaya state, India. No one was injured in the blast, but the vehicle was damaged. A second device was found and defused onsite. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, police attributed the attack to the Garo National Liberation Army, who had vowed to avenge the death of one of their leaders.
