08/09/2013: Assailants attacked police as they were providing security for a pro-Irish republican parade in Belfast city, Belfast district, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. At least 56 officers were wounded in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, authorities attributed the attack to Protestant extremists.
