Incident Summary:

08/15/2013: Assailants threw a grenade at a mini bus stand in Kokrajhar district, Assam state, India. The location was believed to be targeted since it was near a venue hosting Independence Day celebrations. This was one of three grenade attacks in Assam on this day. As a result of this explosion, one civilian was injured. No group claimed responsibility for the coordinated attacks; however, sources attributed the attack to the National Democratic Front of Bodoland (NDFB).
