Incident Summary:

08/17/2013: A suicide bomber detonated inside of a private hospital in Balabalok district, Farah province, Afghanistan. The assailant targeted Zabith Jalil, a former police chief and owner of the hospital. At least four people were killed and at least three others were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, officials attributed the attack to the Taliban.
