Incident Summary:

08/21/2013: Assailants detonated an explosive device near a logistics convoy in Saydabad district, Wardak province, Afghanistan. Following the blast, the assailants opened fire on the convoy and the police vehicle guarding it. No injuries were reported, but the police van and at least two convoy vehicles were destroyed. No group claimed responsibility; however, several sources attribute the attack to the Taliban.
