08/26/2013: Assailants detonated a landmine as eight members of the Civilian Volunteers Organization (CVO) were passing in Paquibato, Davao del Sur, Philippines. One volunteer was killed and another was injured. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, authorities attributed the incident to the New People's Army (NPA).
