08/27/2013: Assailants fired rockets and automatic weapons at a North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) logtistics convoy in Balaboluk district, Farah province, Afghanistan. At least six people were killed and another ten were injured in the attack; furthermore, at least 40 trucks were destroyed. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that it was part of their campaign against government and coalition forces.
