Incident Summary:

08/30/2013: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated in Tuz Khormato town, Saladin governorate, Iraq. This was one of two explosions which occurred within a short time in the same location. This explosion was designed to target people that had gathered in response to an earlier blast. At least 13 people were killed and another 10 people were injured across the two attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents.
