Incident Summary:

08/31/2013: Assailants attacked an oil tanker convoy on the Kabul-Ghazni highway in Saydabad district, Wardak province, Afghanistan. Two Afghan National Civil Order Police (ANCOP) officers and a driver were killed, at least four security officials and eight civilians were injured, and 23 tankers were set ablaze. The Taliban claimed responsibility for this attack.
