Incident Summary:

09/11/2013: Five assailants opened fire on a Citizens Armed Forces Geographical Unit (CAFGU) camp in barangay San Felipe, Basud town, Camarines Norte province, Philippines. No one was injured in the shooting. This was one of two attacks on CAFGU soldiers perpetrated in close location proximity on this day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, authorities attributed the attack to the New People's Army (NPA).
