09/12/2013: Assailants used a roadside bomb and gunfire to attack Abdul Sattar Khan Noorzi in Gereshk district, Helmand province, Afghanistan. Noorzi, a high ranking police official, escaped the attack unharmed; however, three of his guards were injured. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
