09/18/2013: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated near the Iraqi Ministries of Education and Industry in Baghdad city, Baghdad governorate, Iraq. At least two people were killed and another eight were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, officials attributed the attack to Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).

Successful Attack
Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
