Incident Summary:

09/23/2013: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle outside of a police station in Khuchni village, Tabasaransky district, Dagestan republic, Russia. Three people, including the assailant, were killed and 20 others were wounded in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, authorities identified the assailant as Azim Mukailov.
