09/24/2013: An army bomb disposal team discovered and safely defused explosive devices along the Imphal-Jiribam-Silchar National Highway in Imphal city, Manipur state, India. This was one of two similar incidents along the highway on this day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, authorities suspected that the devices were planted by the People's Liberation Army (India).
