Incident Summary:

09/30/2013: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated in Saba Al-Bour town, Saladin governorate, Iraq. At least three people were killed and 13 others were injured in the blast. This was one of 14 coordinated car bombings in and around Baghdad on the same day. Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility and stated that the attack was in retaliation for intensified security operations in predominantly Sunni areas.
