10/15/2013: Gunmen attacked a military base in Al-Hawtah village, Lahij governorate, Yemen. At least three soldiers were killed and five others were wounded. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, authorities attributed the attack to Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP).
