10/17/2013: Assailants abducted three Cano-Limon Covenas Oil Pipeline workers in Arauquita district, Arauca department, Colombia. No casualties were reported, and the victims were released a few hours later. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, authorities speculated that the National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN) was involved.
