10/18/2013: Assailants opened fire on a United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo (MONUSCO) helicopter in North Kivu province, Democratic Republic of the Congo. No casualties were reported, but the helicopter was damaged. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed it to M23.
